A Little Dirt. A Lot of Good!

Welcome to the Dirty Deluxe Dirt Road Century — where good rides do good things!

Big gravel. Small-town charm. One unforgettable weekend.

Dirty Deluxe is rolling into historic Downtown Opelika, Alabama, bringing a fresh take on one of East Alabama's favorite gravel cycling events.

From challenging dirt roads and scenic countryside to live music, food trucks, cold drinks, and plenty of Southern hospitality, we're creating an experience that's about so much more than the miles.

And the fun starts before the first pedal stroke! Join us Friday evening for the Dirty Dog Twilight 5K, held alongside Downtown Opelika's Food Truck Friday. Bring your family, your friends, and your four-legged companions for a weekend full of fun.

Best of all, we're riding and running for a purpose. Proceeds benefit the Chattahoochee Humane Society, helping local animals in need.

Whether you're here to race, ride, run, or just enjoy the festivities, there's a place for you at Dirty Deluxe.

New roads. New traditions. Same love for dirt.

RIDE. RESCUE. REPEAT. 🐾

Who is The Alabama Animal Rescue Resource Foundation and what do they do?  AARRF was recently started by the owners of James Bros. Bikes after finding countless dumped dogs during rides and realized we needed to try and help.  The organization is a registered 501 c3 with a mission to aid small nonprofit privately ran animal rescues that provide sanctuary, medical care, adoption, and transport out of state to other partner rescues. These rescues are a vital resource in Alabama which has a notoriously poor animal welfare laws and a broken shelter system in nearly every county.  All proceeds  generated by this organization goes directly to aid in their mission to help these discarded animals.
